Product Details
High speed, stable running, automatic tension control, intelligent PLC control system, easy operating, CE certificated by SGS. Stable running speed up to 350 meters per minute. Maximum rewidner diameter is 1000 mm and 1200 mm which can meet almost all paper cups and paper bags making machine unwinder maximum diameter. The SLA-series slitting rewinding machine is an idea equipment for cutting paper jumbo roll into various width small rolls to reach rolls feeding manufacturing machine requirements. It not only can cut general paper roll, also work on the laminated and coated paper rolls material for printing and packaging products manufacturing.

  1. Machine body: The 40mm thick plate, made from high-quality steel, prevents shaking when running at high speed. This improves the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
  2. Three servo motors: For the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
  3. SIEMENS PLC: This intelligent operating program system offers high functionality including automatic counting meter, automatic stop as setting winding meters, emergence stop and more.
  4. Automatic tension control: Automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
  5. Hydraulic lifter unwinding: Easily load jumbo rolls.
  6. The finished rolls automatically unload right on the ground.
  7. Web guider system: automaticly detects the web edge and adjusts position,to ensure accuracy.
  8. Slitting knife: Easily accessible from the back of the machine anytime you need to make adjustments.

This SLA model slitter rewinder machine was installed in 2024. The factory produces open sacks and valve sacks for industrial dry chemicals, agricultural products, and feed & seed.
Slitting Knife System
The slitting knife system include upper knife shaft,bottom knife shaft,upper knife and bottom knife. Bottom knife shaft is drived by timing belt. Upper knife shaft and bottom knife shaft are connected by nylon gears. Our slitting knife adopt SKD material which has more hardness and long lifetime perfromance.The minim slitting width is 25-30mm. Slitting width setting method is manual adjusting. We also have full automatic and semi-automatic setting options. And we provide pneumatic control slitting knife as options.
Unwinder Stand
Binbao machinery all slitting and rewinding machine adopt two types unwinder stand,hydraulic shaft-less and pneumatic expanding shaft. In the right side picture,it is shaft-less unwinder stand. This type unwinder stand has hydraulic control system and easy load paper jumbo roll in the stand.
Web Guider System
Web guider system be knew as EPC system which is used to control slitting machine processing material edge position. The system can improve slitter rewinder machine cuttinng precision. There are three types sensor,ultrasonic,infrared,photo eyes. Different mateial require different types sensors.
Rewinder System
SLA model paper slitter rewinder machine has two rewinder shafts(upper and down). Rewinder shaft adopt heavy duty type pneumatic expading shafts.
Automatic Unloading System
The SLA model slitter rwinder machine can process maximum diameter up to 1000mm. They are heavy duty paper rolls. We design a lifter whichn can lift rewinding shaft and finished rolls to the ground. The fuction make unloading operation easily.
Mimimum slitting width
The machine can make minimum 25-30mm width rolls. It suits       various paper cups bottom rolls and paper bags handle. If you require slitting width less than 25mm,we have center drum type slitter rewinder machine. Please contact us to know more.
